Bodega Cezar runs its spring tours from March to May, taking visitors through the vineyard above Gaucín while the owners and winemaker explain how the Serranía’s soil and climate shape the wines. The tour ends with a seated tasting of what the estate has produced.
Visits are by appointment, and the price depends on group size — from an individual tasting up to a full private group tour.
