Casa Museo de Mijas

Set in the whitewashed old Town Hall on Plaza de la Libertad, this small museum walks through how Mijas Pueblo lived before tourism arrived. Rooms are laid out with period furniture, farming tools, a working olive press and household objects donated by local families, alongside a run of temporary art shows in the upstairs gallery.

It’s an easy stop to combine with a wander round the pueblo’s whitewashed streets, and the entry fee is nominal rather than a real barrier.
