Feria de Mijas Pueblo (Virgen de la Peña)

Mijas Pueblo’s biggest week of the year, held in honour of its patron, the Virgen de la Peña. Days are given over to the feria de día around the historic centre, with nights bringing free concerts at the recinto ferial and a torchlit procession carrying the Virgin through the streets.

Traditional games and stalls run throughout, and the whole white-walled village turns out for it.
