Huevo de Toro Tomato Gastronomic Days

The Huevo de Toro is a local heirloom tomato, prized for its size and sweetness and grown around the province through the summer. Participating restaurants build special menus and tapas around it for the month, from simple sliced tomato with oil and salt to more elaborate salads and starters.

There’s no single sitting or booking — drop into any of the participating restaurants across Málaga during August and look for the tomato on the menu.
