Manilva Vendimia Wine Festival

Manilva marks the end of the grape harvest with a weekend built around its Muscatel wine tradition. The programme centres on a grape-treading ceremony in the old town, with free must (unfermented grape juice) and wine for tasting alongside live music running through both days.
It’s a working celebration rather than a polished tourist event — the treading is done by hand, the way it always has been in this part of the Costa del Sol.
