Bodegas Almijara sits in the foothills of the Sierra Tejeda, above Cómpeta, and opens its cellar for tastings by appointment. Visitors choose from three formats: a straightforward wine tasting, a guided tour of the winery followed by a tasting, or the same tour paired with a spread of Iberian charcuterie (minimum four people for the food option).
