Bodegas Bentomiz runs guided tours of its vineyard and cellar in the hills above Cómpeta, finishing with a tasting of three of its wines. The tour takes around 75 minutes and can be extended into a three- or five-course lunch paired with the wines for those who want to make a longer afternoon of it.
